Located at the edge of the Charles River
Canal in East Cambridge, Thomas Graves Landing Condominiums offer
residents the best of several worlds: the pleasures of waterside living
and close proximity to both the vitality of Cambridge's university
cultural center, and the verve and excitement of the Commonwealth's
capital city.
Thomas Graves Landing is comprised of 2
buildings located at 4 and 6 Canal Park and houses 167 luxury
residences. 4 Canal Park was completed in the spring of 1988, 6 Canal
Park was completed in the summer of 1989.
Thomas Graves Landing is a development of
Unihab, a Cambridge-based developer, owner and manager of
commercial and residential real estate. The project was designed by
architect Arthur Klipfel.
Thomas Graves Landing was designed to bring many of the amenities often
associated with single family homes - outdoor spaces, natural light,
views, greenery, windowed kitchens, separate dining rooms - to an urban
location. The condominiums feature terraces, balconies and floor-to-ceiling
windows to extend the living spaces, accentuating the wonderful views
and brightening each home with an abundance of natural light.
Residents at Thomas Graves Landing have the exclusive use of a seasonal
pool and hot tub, a health
club with a fully equipped exercise room, his and hers saunas, locker
rooms, showers, and a
function/conference room.
The building is fully staffed with a 24 hour concierge to assist residents.
